GVA’s Enhanced Referral Program

HOW AM I COMPENSATED?

The referring advisor is compensated based on the eligible advisors’ trailing 12-month production. For every advisor that you refer who joins our team, you will earn a referral bonus payout. Please see the terms and conditions below:

1. The referral bonus is 2% of the referrals’ advisory GDC; and 1% of their brokerage GDC. The amount may not exceed $12,000.
2. Have a validated minimum of either $100,000 in trailing 12-month production or $10 million in transferable Assets Under Management (AUM)
3. If the advisor is part of a shared office, the bonus will be at the office level.
4. GVA has not been in contact with the referred advisor in the past 12 months.
5. GVA will provide final approval of eligible status based on proof of production supplied at the time of registration.
6. The referral bonus is broken into two payments: 1st half payment will be 2 months following the referrals registration date; 2nd half payment will be 6 months following the referrals registration date.
